In each class we cover the fundamentals of cooking techniques; ingredients and equipment that will help make you a more confident, competent cook. June 5 - Knife skills, Caponata (an eggplant and olive relish from Sicily), Gazpacho (chilled vegetable soup from Spain), and Ratatouille (a traditional vegetable stew from the south of France). June 12 - Breakfast at the beach with Stuffed French Toast, Crabby Eggs Benedict with an easy blender Hollandaise, the BEST Grits ever, Fresh Fruit Display, and Sausage Gravy. There is a separate charge of $28 for the standardized Prometric™exam administered at the end of the day. You must __bring this amount to class in the form of a certified check or money order payable to "Prometric." (Personal checks or cash cannot be accepted.)
